Overview
Northland Studio came to us with a portfolio full of remarkable work and a website that hid it. The old site buried case studies three clicks deep and loaded slowly on mobile.
Our goal was a site that puts the work first — fast, editorial, and effortless to update from the CMS.
Challenge
Northland’s audience skims. The site had to communicate craft within seconds while still holding enough depth for procurement teams reading every word.
Solution
We rebuilt the site around a single scrolling showcase, cut the navigation to five destinations, and moved every case study into a structured CMS.
A tighter type scale and a restrained palette let the imagery carry the personality, and lazy-loaded media brought the largest page under a second on 4G.
